Teenage abstract thinking In this informative article “Beautiful Teenage Brain” (2005) by David Dodds, Dodds entails on the differences between adult and teenage thinking . Dodds uses science and examples from different teenager’s experiences to support his claim that although teens and adults have the same brain overall, teenagers don’t evaluate risks as much as adults do. The purpose of this article was to convince the audience in order to explain the differences between teenagers and adults.
